They get drove through orders right about 50% of the time. Can’t figure out how to alternate orders in a double drive. Routinely out of just about every food item. Almost never has hash browns or wedges available. Lists steak on their menu for breakfast sandwiches but claims they don’t carry it in this location. Has only gotten worse in the past two years. It ain’t gonna get better… corporate should take this franchise away.
Staff was rude, never experienced this before on other visits. I felt mocked by staff. Was ordering donuts and had trouble pronouncing some of their names. One of the staff members mispronounced my tea on purpose. The cashier that took my order had terrible costumer service was rude from the start. Honestly thought that she didn't even want to work there.

Not a one time review, I live across the road. I will not be going here. There is one that seems to do better down the road. Rarely get an order right, service has been the worst I’ve seen…in my lifetime. But the cherry on top, they never have what’s on their menu. 10 o’clock on a Sunday and no bagels. How when your name is Tim Hortons. It’s getting out of hand at this location.
