Hot coffee was burnt and undrinkable, no French vanilla in stock, iced coffee made wrong the first time and just disgusting the second time (also no ice in it), ordered a plain bagel and got an everything bagel…now we’re already on the highway to our destination so can’t come back. Not impressed and won’t be back.

So I went to this location two years ago to order a chili and they didn't have any, so I've been getting my daily chili from wendys across the parking lot. Decided to give this tims a try again today and no soup, no hash browns and the cleanliness of this place is a 1/100. I left the store thinking the same as two years ago. I'm not going back there unless things change and people at least act like they care. No food to rate, lol.

Got an everything bagel with herb and garlic creamcheese and the bag was COVERED in butterand bagel wasn't
horrible customer service, asked for a side of sauce and paid extra for it and didn’t even receive it. wouldn’t recommend this place

How can I rate a company that used to be 24 hour dine-in any higher than 2 stars when you can't go in at 3am anymore. Covid pandemic is done. Some people that get out of work and hospitals and other places overnight have nowhere to warm up. No locations are open. This company used to be the pride of Canada and now its a joke. Care about your retro donuts more than your overnight customer service that you dropped and never returned over a controversial pandemic. Nice one.
