Today morning I ordered online and when I was waiting for my order one female staff member kept my order and she asked my name very rudely as if I was there to pick for free. And after that she asked other staff is she this this ?? again other staff member behaved rudely and answered why would I know her name ? Placed an order in the app and it somehow went to this location even though I'm about an hour's drive away. Online support says I have to go in person to ask for a refund and it's up to the store if they want to help me out. But there's no way to contact the store? I guess I paid for food to get wasted... Great experience.

The staff are pretty cheeky, but they made me this cool drink, and now they must be sharing it because it's going around!!! LOL The night staff work well together, and they seem like they know how to get the job done while NOT being miserable. Awesome place, although aTAD busy at times.
