Very disappointed and confused by the good reviews... To start, the restaurant was gross; unclean tables, build ups of dust and cobwebs, and the bathroom was very unclean. Not letting this determine how the food was, we had ordered burgers (2), large fries (1), poutine (1), and soft drinks (3).Well, the burgers had such little toppings; the onion and pickle were basically non-existent, and the "extra" sauce that was ordered was basically 1 teaspoon of sauce put in a container, if even. The fries were not the worst, but definitely needed to be cooked longer. The poutine, however, was shockingly bad as it was basically fries drenched in an overpowering onion-tasting gravy with 2 cheese curds... Considering we paid over $50, it was definitely not worth it. Oh, and we had got this food for takeout because we were driving for nearly 2 hours, but they did not pack us any napkins or forks!

My Team did a group order from this place. Only one person is ever working. We spent over 150.00. The food was cold and an order was forgotten, but they wouldn't replace it unless we paid for it! Never again Top Gun.

Comparable to Burger King. Sliced steak sandwich is hamburger crumble. Eagle sandwich had no onion as described. I left off lettuce and tomato by choice but apparently that is the bulk of sandwich as meat only covered the hinge of sandwich. Other burgers in our order were pathetic. Burger King was better.

Ordered B52 (thin sliced Rob eye steak) but got a hamburger. Mentioned it to them and they said that's correct. I have had B52 here before and I've had it as THIN SLICED STEAK sandwich. So no thank-you won't be going here anymore

Will not be back. My chicken was hard when I bit into it. When I pulled it out of my mouth I realized it was not cooked. Emailed and contacted through social media with no response. This was disgusting and careless. Do better.

Best burger I’ve had in along while. I happened upon this place by chance so I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. But their burgers were amazing! I was very sad when I had finished mine. Keep up the good work!

Spent $60 on 3 hellcat burger, 3 cheese fries and 3 drinks. Long story short, the drinks were the only good part of this purchase. The fries were dry and had only a thick layer of cheese just on the top that wasn’t even melted and saucy. The burger weren’t unbearable but were dry and did not have a lot put on them and the buns were soggy. Also waited almost 40mins in store for the food. Very disappointed.

Love this place! If you're looking for a great burger place in London this is it. They have a meal for $10 you get a burger drink and a hefty helping of fries. The burger is halal and the staff is always friendly. A great place to hang out and get a good meal

Horrible complete nightmare. Fires served cold. Gravy came in chunks. We asked for only cheese burgers and they added in sauce after told them just cheese.
Food is delicious but only one worker there. Who is on the phone taking personal calls as they cook. Online ordering system is 'down' despl ite order going through online. Food was not ready and had to wait almost 1 hour. Employee was on the phone and distracted so only brought out one burger then waited the second half of the order over 30 mins late.

Went here and my experience was similar to all the other bad reviews. Poutine seemed like it was old and just microwaved hence having chunky gravy and to top it off had 5 curds of cheese. The burgers were decent but got the toppings completely wrong on the one somehow.It seems like any good review is from a long while ago and that this restaurant has went very down hill. We asked for our money back for the poutine after not being able to stomach it and the employee had to call the owner for some reason.Stay far away from this place unless you like reheated poutine made far in advance and want an average burger with the wrong toppings.

Horrible customer service, even when you are the only customer you will have an extremely long wait very bad food. They have a burger called take your breath away, that is supposed to have “herb crusted mozzarella cheese” the cheese is basically a thick slice of cheese larger then the burger that was breaded with flour and deep fried.

Burgers are great, fries mediocre, service is really bad.We asked for the students discount. Accidentally, they only gave it on a single Burger only. When we complained (after getting the receipt) they said they said they couldn't do anything about it anymore and just didn't want to talk about it anymore...(Also, weirdly the receipt says it's in Toronto)

The workers here are always awesome, polite and make good food. However, theres literally only one person working at all times - they have to take orders and cook the food.It is very obvious the people who own this place are cheap and trying to make cuts. Stop overworking your employees, have some morals.
