This is one of the worst and most expensive Japanese (including all Asian Chinese, Indian and Korean) restaurants I have been in last 30 years ! Food was at best mediocre - ex. about half of sushi rolls were California rolls ("Japanese" ?), not tasty ... Main portions were very tiny (maybe 1/3 of what should have been) and extremely expensive. No trace of advertised buffet or Bento boxes ... Dining room was too light so was extremely difficult to read a tablet menu and prices ! I wonder if the menu and prices were the same on all tablets with menu ? In conclusion, extremely disappointing experience ... not likely to visit again any time soon !

I love it! People were so nice. My friends & I walked in & the people outside who worked there, told the owner we were here cus it was our first time & we were waiting for the owner. Our bill was 20.6 $ but they just accepted our 20. The rooms & song choices were also amazing!! I would definitely come back again.

had dinner there yesterday and my 16 mos old son who was eating lychee mousse dessert with his dad found a small cockroach in the dessert half way thru eating it. didnot have time to take photo as i was panicky, my son ate most of it, showed it to one of the server and she took it right away never came back and another server came and just said sorry that was it. we were still in shock at the time that we didnt even ask to talk to their manager. they didnt give us contact details if somebody gets sick from it, there was no follow through, we ask for the bill and that was it. it wouldve been nice if somebody came and gave us their contacts just incase things turns bad that theyd like to be informed or whatsoever. anyways, will never ever go back there again. too bad food there is great but how staff handle such situation is so frustrating and disappointing. no more heart sushi. yay

Food was great — But never coming back. Could have given them 0 star rating if possible. VERY BAD SERVICE. Waitress (we went June 18, around 2pm) was soooo rude!! Few of my friends who were already there were questioned and somewhat asked to leave while they were waiting for others to arrive — nobody was even waiting and the restaurant was not even packed at that time. When they have started serving the food (in which btw in a careless manner as if almost throwing them all on to the table lol), we asked for pairs of spoon and fork. Waitress came to our table and began asking if we still are using our spoons, because — “We don’t have much spoons”.. Also the same waitress almost spilled a glass of soda onto my lap while clearing the table and did not even apologize for it. Worst server I have ever encountered here in London! It was also very obvious that one of my friends was celebrating her birthday but we did not get the 50% discount for her meal (we had balloons and cake). Did not bother to complain because we really wanted to leave right after paying the bill. The management should seriously start considering all these bad reviews about their servers and do something about it.

We celebrated our Anniversary at Heart Sushi. It was our first time here and we were pleased with everything. Service was prompt and the food quality is good for the price. We’re not big eaters, so we didn’t try the majority of the items. We had the salmon hand rolls and it was very good. We finished our lunch with ice cream, I had the red bean and wife had mango. We’re thankful that we celebrated here and would recommend it!

We used to go to Heart for all you can eat, in-restaurant dining. We started ordering for pick-up during this Covid period, when the restaurant was closed. What we have found is that the sushi that is made for outside pickup or delivery is much better quality than you will receive from the in-restaurant all you can eat service. They obviously take more time, add more ingredients, provide more food, and prepare better food when it is ordered individually off the menu. The pick-up is usually FAST, only 15 minutes. This is what we have noticed about Heart and their food, so we do not go to the restaurant anymore, we order from the menu. Its more expensive, but for two people, three rolls (two California's and a Dynamite) and some shrimp tempura and a couple salads is about 38$. They'll also deduct 10% if you pay cash. Its more than enough to eat, and its very good quality, for sushi in London. We probably won't go back for in restaurant dining, but surely will keep ordering if they keep the quality up. When they don't we'll go somewhere else. For others the restaurant all you can eat version offers good value if you eat a lot, and the food is usually quite acceptable from our experience! Recommended.

Ordered the teriyaki salmon and beef to-go --- wish the sauce was bit thicker - it was very soupy - it pooled in the bottom of the bag by the time we got home. Not very pleasant. On another note - were were charged $19 when the menu stated $17 - when we asked why - they said prices changed and that they had posted it on a copy taped to the front window - i'm sorry how were we to know that when you hand us a menu with the old prices. Unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible service!!! My friends and I booked an appointment and they gave our room to someone else just because we were 5 minutes late! They refused to give us any compensation and blamed us for being late!! (The lady smirked at me when I asked for accommodation)

Chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki just awful, I don't know what they used, but it was not a sauce, more like a broth, and for $17 an order, there was a few pieces of chicken and a tiny amount of cabbage and shredded carrot, not even any rice. For $17, come on, that is pathetic. Perhaps eating in the restaurant would be better but don't order the teriyaki dishes.
