I have picked up Felix and Norton cookie bouquets in the past and they are always a hit. Yesterday there was a delay in my order pick up which was not that serious but Amanda (owner/manager?) went above and beyond to personally call me, acknowledge the delay, take responsibility, apologize, and credit back points that had been spent. My favourite cookie spot! I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The cookies are soft and not overly sweet. They are always a hit at parties or as gifts. Ordering through their app and picking up is always a seamless process.
