Came to this location with my family for a celebration and everything went very smoothly, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Service was outstanding, the new GM is very friendly and personable, and our group really enjoyed the food. The owner Bob also came by a few times to check that our group was being looked after through and through - we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Many thanks to Bob and the entire team at Kelseys Markham Road :)
Amazing atmosphere. Bob and Schaefer gave us fantastic service. Great time, great food. Definitely recommend. Used to go to Boston Pizza but now we love Kelsey’s so much this is our new spot.

We had a good experience. We were greeted quickly. We were disappointed that they all had one type of soup. Wish they had more options for their lunch trio menu. But overall, we were satisfied.
