We were looking for a restaurant to have lunch with friends, who we were helping move.The front of the restaurant was clean, bright, and inviting.Lots of beautiful posters of food items available.Order #1 was a full sandwich and apple.. he received a 1/2 sandwich and apple. [He was charged for what he got]Order #2 was a sandwich with avocado in it & potato chips... what she received was the other 1/2 of her husband's sandwich.. We were exicted that we finally found a Panera spot since everywhere seemed to close down and I ordered the you pick two and my friend and the steak melt which came completely dry and shriveled not like the picture on the menu. My soup was less then I payed for and sandwich wasnt giving chipotle it was giving defrost. We definetly did not receive the portion that we payed for and the cookie smelt like fridge and it was hard! And lets not forget the lady yelling in the background....read full review
