Very authentic Dai Pai dong experience of HK style snacks and congee, the dough fritters are made in the kitchen from scratch and they show them making them, as well as the small bowls of congee, they have other snacks such as tofu or pork blood, chow mein and they make their steamed rice noodle pork/shrimp/char siu from scratch on the kitchen. The food was delightful. We ordered two varieties of congee, a basket of assorted fried dough (sesame ball- amazing ?, original youtiao, and then another round version), rice rolls and noodles. I'd recommend all of them. Though none were exceptional, they were fresh and properly prepared and so for those reasons, I'd definitely return again.
