“I do this because of the good quality of its coffee, because recently the quality of Tim Hortons coffees has gone down a lot. Usually, in most branches, they do not pay attention to the steps of coffee preparation, they add coffee before the water boils completely, which causes the taste of the coffee and its quality to decrease.“

Their front-line staff are friendly and knowledgeable when issues arise with their ordering system and the Tim Hortons app. Martin is able to resolve issues with the app order. One gentleman who is probably the supervisor is also knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He is quick to respond to customer issues and appears to be supportive of his team.“

“Everything is great and even more so with the remodeling they did, and the coolest thing is that it is open to be inside the cafeteria 24 hours a day (or that's what I think because that's what it says on the door) the only bad thing is that in the remodeling they forgot the chargers and therefore people also go to the tim to work on their devices, so if you want to come to this tim, bring your devices with a fully charged battery and spare mobile chargers.“

Freshly brewed great taste , but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffetine based, self-indulgence and luxury.“

“I had to log on today and say that the manager at this location is top notch. I had a mix-up with an online order sent to this location. The original location I went to was not helpful at all.Here, the 7828 Kennedy Rd-location manager took the time to explain to me (over the phone) how to cancel an app-based order, and when that failed, she did honor the mobile order later in the afternoon.The first location (which I should respectfully keep anonymous), just brushed me aside and told me to contact the Kennedy location for a refund, brushed me off and did not help me thereafter.It really is a night-and day difference between different Tim Horton locations.“

“24 hour location, dine in and drive thru! Staff are very friendly and fast. Shelves were stocked well. Lots of space to sit and enjoy your visit. The only drawback is that the garbage was so full it was overflowing onto the floor and you had to put your trash on the top of the receptacle. Tables were not clean. Otherwise a great experience!“
“I like this place as a regular customer. They seemed to have upped their service, attitude and empathy towards customers in recent times. I'm getting my orders quick and no wrong orders too. It's good and now, the place is a welcoming sight too for morning coffee and quick donuts.Vegetarian options: As of any Tims, the vegetarian options are very limited.“
“Good old Timmy's, it's the friendliest place in every town you visit.I've been in the hospital lately as my mom is quite ill. I was waiting in a very long line, and the gentleman commented behind me, about the length of people waiting, we chatted, when it became time for me to step up. He asked me would you do me the honour of letting me buy your lunch. I protested, he very politely asked me again, and I said how kind. So I bought my coffee and a diet slimming donut, I introduced him to the server and told the story so now she was beaming as well.I told him you will be the brightest spot in my day, and I introduced myself thanked him profusely and he said you are so welcome and my name is Muhammed.(By the way I payed it forward the next day) to a young shoeless, unkempt girl in front of me who turned and asked did I have $2.10, I handed her $10.00, and told her to have a nice lunch. I had an emergency within the hospital and had to leave.Beautiful things happen at Timmy's.“
“This tim Hortons suck. I went there once to buy a doughnut. IT WAS MELTED. They choose to give me a melted doughnut while I was watching them. Their service is exceptional. I can't even fathom how terrible their service is. They don't have any expression and seem as if they'd rather be anywhere else. If they didn't want to be there then just find at different job!!! It's not that hard to make a warm sandwich too, every time I buy a cravable, it's cold to the point I can't even eat one without drinking the hot drinks! They are terrible and I hope they will improve, otheriwise I'll edit this review to be more negative if they continue to do wrongs. At least the washrooms were clean enough...Actually the drinks aren't bad but the service is still terrible with some people, the young black lady is better with service than the other people.Part 2Changing the review after coming back too see if they have changed.They have changed, the food is better and warmer along with the service which has improved a lot. “Located inside the esso gas station and I was surprised at how spacious and clean it was inside. I order from the Tim Horton’s app usually and just walk right in to pick up. It is usually very quick this way so I highly recommend it. Food is always good and fresh at this location. There’s also a convenience store right beside it so this is a very convenient location.“
“It's pretty decent, but always busy and the entrance to the property can be very busy at times, so exercise caution. Parking is a problem if you're going in... normally I have to park next door or across the street ! I seriously question why a restaurant is a few hundred meters from a garbage transfer station... the smell can be overwhelming in the summer and throughout the year LOL?“
“I came to leave a review for this Tim's and was shocked to see such overwhelming number of negative reviews. Although I cant be the judge for an in-store experience since I only used their drive-thru and my experience is limited.I went to the start of the line, got to the speaker, and was highly surprised with how energetic and positive the person answering the speaker was. I was so happy to interact with such a kind employee. She took down my order and I drove to the window. I asked to see the lady that answered the speaker and I told her that she made my day. All the other employees that took the payment and brought my food were also very kind and professional.I didnt wait even a minute at the window and almost as soon I finished talking and making the payment, I was out. Extremely fast, efficient, and professional drive-thru staff.“
