That Restaurant does not own by Cabana anymore. I was there a week ago and the food was delicious. It is not a Guyanese restaurant. Some people like to tear others down especially in the black community.Sims Caribbean cuisine food is fresh and tasty and people should try it for themselves. The chef and staff are very friendly. I will diffinately go back again ????
I'm a long time purveyor of the West Indian restaurant/club scene. From Cutty's in the 70's, to Talk of the Town in the 80's, to Calypso Hut in the 90's, to Taj Mahal and Scarborough's very own Tropical Nights today. But, by far, this restaurant tops the list. Great food, great service and beautiful women. This restaurant and night club has it all.

My partner and I dropped by around 3:30 on a Friday and was greeted by a very friendly face who helped take our order. Our food came out very fast, fresh and hot! The oxtail was really yummy, so tender and flavourful and the j*** chicken was very juicy. We would definitely come again and recommend to go try if you are craving some good food!
