While the food at Sansotei is undeniably delicious, I have to express my disappointment with the water quality. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that the water served tastes unpleasant, almost like it hasn't been properly filtered or the glasses weren't adequately cleaned. A good place for a quick meal. The normal TONKOTSU Ramen was very good, however we also ordered a TONKOTSU BLACK, in which the garlic oil was very burnt and was not very pleasant. Either way, I recommend the place.

Dietary restrictions: The Tonkotsu black is where it is at. My wife got that and it was very tasty. I had the spicy Tantan and it was good but wish it was spicier. The servers were great and attentive. The location is really small and was very cold.This location had pork and vegetarian options but no chicken. The website doesn’t clearly mark which location has what options from the menu page. I realize now that the individual promo picture had location details.
