“Decided to stop by before work and it was super welcoming with Sam & Iyanna working as barista’s. Sam was very sweet to offer tasters on a new drink and Iyanna did a great job at making my drink! Both make a great team at serving customers. Store was clean and the atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend this location.“

“This was by far my best Starbucks experience.Background: driving across the city from east to west with a small window of opp to see my cousin for the last time before they fly back early morning out of country.Quick hands free call to them to see what I can pick up to eat or drink while on the road.Their ask: some complicated Starbucks fruity contraption. They had to msg me the vernacular. Hands free!Google maps co pilot says the closest Starbucks might be closed by the time I get off the highway. No problem! Got this.Arrived with one minute to spare and no speed limits were offended.Luckily the door was still ajar. Final cleaning was still underway. They let me in. Partly b/c of my charm. But mostly b/c of the panicked look of desperation.Fumbled (butchered) the name of the drink. Quickly explained the situation, and the SB team collectively figured out what my cousin was most likely asking for.They were unbelievably sweet, warm, fun ... and they were right! Even adding a few things that were not mentioned.They also threw in a complimentary end of night brownie which my family also enjoyed!Thanks SB crew. You were awesome!“

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends.What truly set this Starbucks apart, however, were the fantastic baristas, Joe and Dan. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly brightened my day. “I used to go to this location even when I was grocery shopping because I found the quality to be higher than that of the metro location. I usually order ahead to avoid a wait time but more often than not the printer is having problems. Not the staffs fault that way of course. But I often find when I order a caramel macchiato (hot) they also more often than not make it iced. I triple check before saying anything as I have made the mistake when ordering before. They're always apologetic and remake it quickly people make mistakes that is life there's no reason to be rude to staff, but it seems to happen more and more frequently regardless of how busy the store is.“
“I went to this location last weekend as I was meeting one of my friends there. I ordered Java chip Frappuccino, It was good.But, the door of the store was malfunctioned, it was so windy on that day. So, I had my jacket on and still I was shivering because the door was loose and because of wind it was not even close enough to stop the outside air. We planned to sit there and chat for a while but we left in just like 5-10 minutes ?“
“Was witness to an older woman treating one of the workers terribly. She was angry and stating she was not to be 'given orders'. All I saw was that some direction given to her. She told me personally whilst in line, how she was going to email every higher up she could, and have this poor girl fired. It was absolutely upsetting. The employee was obviously busy and was trying her best. Was a shame to see people treated like that, up close. You hear stories, but to see it in reality was very unfortunate to say the least. She should be ashamed of herself.“

“This location has really strange parking. It's probably one of the worst parking lots I seen at a Starbucks. It's always busy. Very hard to find a spot. The staff are friendly and for the most part get your orders right. The washrooms have security codes on them which I think is weird. If somebody needs to go to the washroom, let them go to the washroom. It can't really be in line with the brands principles to force a person to not use a washroom. Generally a clean spot for how busy it is“

I haven’t even placed my order via mobile app yet and they’ve already offered free samples!My drink was made perfectly (strawberry iced matcha with salted caramel cold foam) and when I ordered my sandwich maybe an hour later, Angelo (I believe that’s his name), came to bring it right to my table. It was unexpected and very considerate!! :)They then did another round of samples later on and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such service in any Starbucks I’ve been. It really helps the customers taste drinks they’re curious about or pastries they might’ve never tried.Overall, the music wasn’t too loud, it was the perfect volume, the team is amazing and the location is super spacious + clean!“
