Sushi Shop Port Street Market

Ordered lunch on-line yesterday (April 18) for myself and a colleague. Order placed, Visa # taken. Went to pick it up to find the store was closed. Seriously? My order was confirmed. We only have 30 minutes for lunch, so guess what? No lunch.

It could have been an off night, but we ordered $80 worth of sushi off of skip the dishes. It was dry, seemed a bit stale, didn’t have much flavour. We couldn’t finish it because something seemed “off”. For $80 it should be better than the sushi you can find at a grocery store or mall. I don’t think I’d ever eat here again which is disappointing since port credit doesn’t have that many solid sushi places to choose from.

The absolute best and most delicious sushi I've ever had. Fresh, flavourful, beautifully presented, with many unique and creative combinations and tastes. Lots of options to choose. Definitely coming back to try other combinations!

When we came in it was only us and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good but a lot of the sushi contains mostly vegetables than meat which was slightly disappointing but still good.

Me and my sister have gone for lunch here many times and we enjoy the food every time. The proportions are perfect for lunch and when you order two plates of sushi, an appetizer, and two drinks, it is about $30, so it’s a great price.

Vegetarian options: My sister does not like fish and she loved all of the vegetable options!

On our way back from Niagara Falls. Family was feeling hungry. We took a chance of trying this place. It surpassed our expectation! Excellent food and service! It is indeed worth to drive to Mississauga, even from Richmond Hill. Bravo!

I am eating sushi at Sushi shop in union station since 2013. They did some construction in Union station thats why the sushi shop area were transfered to other place.
I should say the Chef in the restaurant is really good in making it. I taste and felt that he pour his heart and soul to make all the delicious sushi.
I highly recommend this place.
Tip:Just order ahead because it takes time to make all the sushi that you crave for.
Try Volcano sushi (8pieces) and Diablo( 8pieces) . Good price for the quality and taste of it!

Our favorite is Salmon Tacos,Very good services . Tastes so good crispy light spicy with fresh salmon.
