“It's a busy location staffed with hard working personnel. I have attended this location for several years and I had no issues. There are instances when the queue is long and doesn't move, but that is dependent on customer orders.The location is near the QEW exit.In this plaza there's a McDonald's & Taco Bell fast-food restaurant and inside Sheridan shopping mall, Shoppers Drug Mart, Metro and Canada Post.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available at any time during the day or night“
“Ordered 2 bagels and an Iced Cap, Had great experience placing the order, Cashier was nice! However, the girl in the kitchen making bagels was stupid enough to make fun of my order in the native language, she was loud enough that I heard everything she said, so disrespectful!!! and the supposed to be manager, sitting on the chair were telling her to stop, Saying that customer is Punjabi instead of teaching her how to respect their guests!!! & then they started giving weird expressions to each other. “I used the drive thru on Sunday at 5:30 pm. One car in front but it took more than 5 minutes to order and be served. I ordered two apple fritters. They were absolutely delicious! I have had them from other Tim Hortons but these seem to be fresher and larger than expected. The server was friendly - no idea what caused the delay.“

“I ordered a new Bailey's Cream Coffee at the drive thru. When I got to the window, the server asked if I wanted anything in it or if I was happy with it being black. I said I assumed, based on the name of the coffee, it would already have cream but he said it didn't. I was very happy he asked me about that or I wouldn't have been as happy with my order. The coffee was delicious!!“
“Drive thru is good but ordering in the restaurant is a struggle. They are absolutely short of staff. I have experienced this on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings. The entire focus is on the drive thru as there are cars waiting. But the customers ordering in the restaurant first wait for order taking then wait for ordered filling. I can't blame the staff working on the front. They are just a few of them trying their best but the manager can participate with the staff working breathlessly or have more people in that shift.“

The staff do their best in a limited space. They recognize their regulars and make them feel special!Parking: This location is at an Esso gas station. Parking can be a nightmare because of large trucks filling up at the pumps and parking to get their food/drink order. I have been pinned in while waiting for a truck to move on several occasions.“

“This Tim Hortons has always been one of my favorite locations despite long line ups at the drive-tru.Since the pandemic and lockdown the line up in the drive-tru is almost non existent which makes it even better.Pre COVID the lines were long but service was always fast and it still is.This is one of the few locations where I dont ever remember my order being messed up.The staff here is great with very little staff turn over. In fact 2 of the employees have been working there for at least the past 10 years.“

“My first visit to Tim Horton. I saw them long ago in Canada and few pop up in US in the last few years. I thought it is like Dunkin Donuts and felt it is a combination of DD and Panera with the atmosphere and service. Coffee was good and similar price as DD and less than Panera. They have pastries and some items. Some of them partnered with Wendy’s, it makes perfect combination to have all food covered from breakfast to lunch, snack and finish with dinner.“
