“This restaurant is always very welcoming, tentative and we are always greeted with a smile upon arrival. One of my favourite spots to enjoy a freshly made, delicious bowl of pho!Thank you for offering so many amazing Vietnamese dishes I get to enjoy with my family and friends when we are here.“
“We went for the 5 spice pork belly banh mi and crispy chicken bao. They were both spectacular, and I couldn’t believe how good the pork belly sauce was.The food quality was great, the staff were all super friendly and they have very reasonable prices. 10/10“
“It’s our first time to try Pho XL and we are more than delighted as the food is so great, their Pho is amazing compared to other restaurants that we have been…. The owner of the restaurant was also very accommodating… with great food, nice ambiance, clean cutleries and very accommodating server, we give it a 5/5… we will come back for sure with our kids and families..❤️❤️❤️“
“Was shopping for my restaurant stuff and was hungry so decided to check it out the service is with a smile lovely ladies the pho broth is good and fresh shrimp roll yum my daughter loves pho and definitely like this one will return love from Jzoticfirekitchen ??“
“Great appetizers! March 23/24- we came a bit more west to here and it didn’t disappoint! Most of my relatives came here for dinner and the food and service was an A but the lively atmosphere was an A+! The area was very clean and the price was fantastic!“
“I felt a bit left or forgot, since I'm not vietnaminesse looking, while everyone around were ordering, people that came at the same time like me, and others than came after me. I waited for at least 20 minutes to order my food, and the waiter was crossing many times to my table. My entries came as a dessert time. Rather than that, the food and taste is good, and the place is beautiful decorated.“
“I grew up here in this China Town, and my parents knew some people here since they use to work in this area, I seen some reviews before making mine and I see that this is a hidden gem, and honestly IT IS it’s so underground but prices and service is amazing, I got their ice coffee or Vietnamese coffee and it was great I want to see their business to be successful which I’m pretty sure it is but I love to see it become an amazing well known store, the owner was really friendly and energetic and I think he remembers me when I was a kid before too which gave me such a warm feeling. When it comes to rating I don’t really care how inside the store looks, because the drinks and food speaks for themselves and with that price, what else can you ask for.“
“My favorite pho in all of gta. The broth makes all the difference when having pho. They make it with great flavour and is not just water tasting like other places. The meat is fresh and portions are great. Fast service. I'm usually eating within 10min of arriving.“
“Pho Rua Vang, also known as Golden Turtle, is a gem in the realm of Vietnamese cuisine. The aromatic pho, with its rich broth and perfectly cooked rice noodles, is a testament to their culinary expertise. The menu offers a delightful array of options, each dish bursting with authentic flavors. The ambiance is cozy, providing a comfortable setting for savoring the delicious fare. The service is prompt and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Pho Rua Vang truly stands out as a go-to spot for those seeking an authentic and satisfying Vietnamese culinary journey.“
“Exceptional Vietnamese dining experience! ? If you're craving authentic flavors at a reasonable price, this restaurant is a must-try. The staff goes above and beyond with top-notch customer service. “Where do I even begin?! This is definately my most favourite banh mi spot. This is family owned and only a few people were working on a Sunday morning but they were friendly and efficient. You can tell they work hard and put their sweat and tears into this family business. Everything is made in house. The bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are very generous with the meat, especially the cha lua (love this) and I asked for extra pate sauce. I dont know what they put into this sauce aside from pate but it is AMAZING. It probably has mayo or butter mixed into the pate but its creamy and delicious goodness. I wish they sold this on the side. The veggies in the banh mi were very fresh. I cant wait to go back and try the meatball and fried fish banh mis. I will definately make my way back there weekly. It is $5 per sandwich which I think is a steal in this day and age. There is no tax and they only take cash. When they run out of the goods, the close up shop so sometimes they arent open till closing time as advertised. There is lots of parking in this plaza. You have to enter into the plaza where the supermarket is and the banh mi shop is a few stores down. Please support this small business. The owners are so lovely, the food is homemade and tasty, and $5 for a meal is a steal. P.S. I have no pictures of my sandwich because I ate it as soon as I got into my car :)“
“We got the pork chop rice w/ egg and pho. Pork chop was nicely cooked, on the sweeter side. The rice had a vinegar taste, which I wasn’t too keen on. Broth was good. Noodles were tasty. Meat was great! Spring rolls were not great. All in all, 4/5. Price point was decent!“
“The food is amazing! I ordered #38 and soursop smoothie. There was so much noodles and a lot of meat. Soursop tastes like you're biting into the fruit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.“
“American-style Chinese food. A much more flavorful alternative to conventional fast food. Store ownership has changed a few times, but the superb value (factoring in quality, portion, and pricing) has remained consistent. The best place to check out their menu is their website. Their Combination Dinner ($13 after tax) is a great way to have variety - I ordered Combo #4.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately the meat is not halal.“
“I came with friends 5 of us order different menu and all was delicious. We was very enjoy the food also the atmosphere. I been going to different vietnam restaurants in Toronto also other place, so far this restaurant is the best experience I had.“
“The service was good and fast. We ordered the beef sandwich and the BBQ pork and they asked if we wanted them spicy. The beef was not spicy, and the bread for the sandwich was a bit harder than the other restaurant around the corner. They put a nice amount of meat in the sandwich and it tasted good. Overall this place is good.“
“I love their Spadina location, when I found out that they had a Mississauga location I was thrilled (close to home). I knew we had to check it out.I had their BÚN BÒ HUẾ (Spicy Hue Style Beef and Pork Soup with Vermicelli) which is absolutely delicious, and flavourful and SODA CHANH MUỐI to drink. My boyfriend had CƠM XÀO XẢ ỚT (Stir Fried Lemongrass and Hot Chili Peppers Curry with Chicken on Rice) along with CÁNH GÀ CHIÊN BƠ (Special Fried Chicken Wings). We absolutely devoured our meal and because we both ordered large, we had enough to takeaway for the next day.The service was awesome, the girl that helped us was so kind and sweet. She kept checking on us to ensure we were enjoying it. Tho I ordered one Soda Chanh Muoi but due to my poor writing skills she thought it was 2 but I didn’t mind taking the second home.I recommend this place to anyone who loves to try new cuisine or just want to have some Vietnamese food, choose this place without a doubt.“
“One of the Viet Banh Mi store in the Sino Mall. The service was very quick and the bread already half premade. However, there is no table to sit down but you could sit and enjoy the banh mi in the pagoda shelter or the food court inside the supermarket. The price was very affordable, I think it was $4 for the banh mi that we got. It very quick and easy and affordable meal.“
“I like eating here. The waiters are friendly. The place is spacious, wide with high ceiling, & much light coming from big windows. The food pretty much Vietnamese classics. There was a mistake on our order last time we came, they didn't debate much, quickly fixed it, and gave us a discount.Dietary restrictions: Some dish may contain nuts, need to ask. For gluten free, there are rice noodles, and vermicelli and rice.Kid-friendliness: My kids like eating their food. The rice dishes like: porkchop or lemon grass chicken on rice. The pho is not spicy either. The place is spacious. Washroom is available too.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, everything is on same level.“
“Probably the best pho place I went in a long time. Order a rice noodle soup with spicy Sate flavor. Broth was fresh and umami. The waitress girl with glasses is super nice and polite. Food came very fast. Good management! Very enjoyable dinning!“
“The server brought tea without even asking for it. It's a nice touch!Pho special was great. Flavorful broth. Fried spring rolls felt home made and were excellent. Fair prices, pleasant service. Fast and clean. Just randomly walked in here but glad I did!“
“Fast service, tasty and quality food! Ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice and Red Curry with vegetables and tofu option. Both were yummy and tight portion size.Vegetarian options: Have fair amount of vegetarian options, tried 2 vegetarian option and both were beyond expectation.“
“Great place with good food. Last time I went here the soup lacked some salt. Spring rolls were great and so was the atmosphere (seems to be recently renovated with additional seating). Service was mediocre. Having said all of that I would come back!“
“This is a very underrated Pho place in Mississauga. At first glance it looks like a generic GTA Vietnamese restaurant with Pho in their name along with a double digit number. However, the food is the main attraction. Their Pho are great. Broth is flavored correctly with the right amount of protein and noodles. They have a fairly large menu in which you can order rice and meat dishes. They also offer vegetarian dishes. We come here often as we always order a Pho especially the Special (number 201). The Broken Rice with Pork and Chicken with fried egg is another favorite of ours. We also ordered the Stir-fry Curry Chicken.Service is very efficient but at times cold. They will go out of their way to get you what you asked for. The place decor and booths are okay but it could use a refresher. There’s plenty of free parking available in a busy plaza. There’s no issue in getting a spot. They do take debit and credit but there’s a 10% discount if you pay cash.Recommended!Vegetarian options: There’s vegetarian dishes available“
“Go-to pho in the area. Quick service, good prices and a lot of servings, and the employees are nice. The menu has a lot of options, from appetizers to rice meals. Their pho is of course the specialty, and even that has a lot of meat/veg combo options.“
“Pho Ngoc Yen is the nicest Pho restaurant I have been to. As my kids said, "wow, it's so fancy" with all the lights and plants. Definitely a good atmosphere. We had great service with helpful recommendations from the staff. The food was delicious and came very quickly...which for kids is a huge bonus! Would definitely go back!“
