“Have been on the hunt for some quality poutine in Ottawa and I've found it! Love in every bite. Premium poutines big enough for two people even with big appetites. Wham burger, deep fried pickles, etc you can't go wrong here. Service is slow (but with a smile)but the food is definitely worth the wait!“

Get ready to stretch your mouth when you go to take your first bite.The pouting is good and has the biggest curds you will ever see on a poutine. The price point on the poutine is a bit much. $8.50 for a kids. They do accept interac, but it cost an extra $0.50 to use. The reason for a four star review is because the price of the poutine and the additional cost to use interac(debit). Otherwise, a great little stop to the day when hunger strikes.Parking: Massive parking lot. If you can not find a space, then something is very wrong.“

“Staff were friendly and attentive while taking our order.Ordered the big spicy Mary and kcrunch with an order of taters and fries. The spicy Mary was good, the Kcrunch sauce was underwhelming. Personally preferred the fries over the taters.Will definitely be returning to this location again!“

“S&S poutines never fail to impress! They are one of few spots that actually have great poutine in Ottawa that gets me going back every so often.Fries are always crispy and often even ones that have been covered in gravy. The curds are high quality and don’t melt immediately.As others have noted, they don’t heavily salt their poutine fries or gravy, which I actually prefer over extremely salty gravy. The gravy is nice and thick with a rich gooey consistency that prevents fries from immediately becoming soggy. I often ask for extra gravy layered in for a small extra charge, which lets me have abundant gravy for every bite of fry.“
“I came with a group of friends on a Friday evening. The girl working was extremely sweet and even put in effort to make our drinks look pretty for photos. 10/10 she deserves a raise. Look how cute she made my Crème Brûlée Strawberry Latte!! It was delicious and made with great care! I definitely will come back to this phenomenal service.“

“We got lunch at the drive-thru on Sunday February 11. Cannot express enough how nice we go treated by the employees over the speaker and at the window. It has been a long time since we encounter people this nice and not cranky or rushed. The food was as good as we requested.“
“Went on New Years Eve around 1pm. There was only 2 people working and they totally rocked it! Both deserve recognition for this shift as it was consistently busy and some customers were being difficult. Everything was fresh too. Food is always great obviously!“
“Nothing bad to say about the staff they do a great job but there's something always about this location and loitering no matter what time of day it feels like 3/4 of the restaurant is people nesting a coffee and you can tell they've been there hours. Just a little complaint as I'm there with 2 kids I kind of need a table to eat at.“

“2 Medium pizzas(pepperoni lover's and grilled chicken rustico), cheesy pull apart bread, 16 chicken bites, cinnabons and 3 dippings sauces for $65... a fair price.The pepperoni lover's pizza was good, I find the pan crust to be too thick but my partner enjoys it more than the handmade crust.The grilled chicken rustico was really good, I recommend it with the handmade crust or even thin crust would be good, I'm guessing.Chicken bites were really good, they have many options to choice from. We went with salt and pepper and garlic parmesan both very delicious.The pull apart bread was really good too. I was expecting it to be heavy but it wasn't. Quite enjoyable.The cinnabons missed the mark. You can barely taste the cinnamon. The icing appears to be made with powder sugar, there wasn't much flavour. Can't recommend.“
“I'm new here in Ottawa and I was looking for some good Mexican food, tried some stores before bar burrito however didn't quite get the satisfaction until locals suggested me bar burrito I tried mild chicken burrito with black beans, burrito sauce. The employees were quite professional enough to suggest me their popular bang bang sauce too. To conclude overall great food and great service.“
“It was my first time at the specific subway. And being in the service industry myself I appreciate the small stuff. The staff member that took care of me was outstanding ! I think he said his name was 'respect'. This guy went above and beyond with his personality and recommendations on the menu, even though it was near closing time. 10 out of 10. “What can I say? I pretty much make my way from Gatineau just for the staff here and the food.Most times at Bayshore I make an effort to schedule a moment just to sit and eat here.Both sweet and savory crepes are a must, the bagels are a great to-go option!“
