Amazing food and staff!Sansotei has been, and always will be, my go-to ramen spot in Ottawa!The food is out of this world, and the staff are super friendly and courteous.The portioning is always perfect, the soup delicious, and the noodles cooked just right!I highly recommend the Tonkotsu Black, this has been my go to choice for years at Sansotei!
The ramen it's so good that I'm going back very soon. Staff was nice and fast. Everything is clean You need the vaccine passport and an some ID but is worth it. Better to call before going or make a reservation because it's a small place.

Very busy, and they don’t accept reservations. I luckily had time to wait as a table of one, and got a seat in at the bar. The food was great, thick noodles with meat, mushrooms, and fish. The zangi chicken was based as well. Bussin.
