I believe one of the main reasons to use the app is to have the order expedited and not waiting for other customers in store/drive-thru to be served first.But I love the store and the very friendly staff!“

“Visited on a weekday so it was almost empty - its only a drive-through. Anyways, the staff was quick. Probably bcz there was only one customer ahead of us in the line. Ordered french toast with egg and cheese and coffee. They only took like 2-4 minutes for that.“
“So far this is the best location. The staffs are very nice and friendly. And when I was ordering I can see that the staffs are helping each other as I have a big order. I forgot the staff name but she is working in the morning. I saw her a couple of times in the drive thru and inside the store.“

I've got really bad generalized social anxiety disorder and mostly prepare my order on the app for drive thru pickup to get through the situation faster. This review is to appreciate the patience, kindness, and consistency of the staff. For a location that sees a lot of traffic, these people work hard and efficiently!! They'll always tell you if they're waiting on one of your items, which stops you from taking off with an incomplete order (oopsies), and NEVER give you attitude or have a rude tone.Also this is the nearest location from my home that I can get a Canadian Maple Donut.. so, already an A+ for me. ?❤️“

“The place is very nice. However I hope that the staff would be properly trained more. I purchased a take home timbits but i remember i received a gift card but didn't know how much was in it. My plan was to pay cash but wanted to ask how much was in my gift card. The staff immediately took the card, and used the card as my payment. He did not understand what i said. I can understand if i was wearing a mask so he would have excuse to not able to get what i said. When i asked how much was in my card he said here is your balance, your purchased is paid. I specifi ally said i was going to pay cash but just want to check my balance in the card. Please make sure customer service is a must even if there's a line up(which there wasn't when he was serving me), make sure to pay attention to what customer said. I work at a retail store and I deal with a lot of customers everyday.“
“Steeped Tea is my new fave in Timmy's. Eversince I was diagnosed with diabetes it's only been the old fashion plain donuts that I enjoy and of course the Chili with bread. “I’ve never gone inside this location so can’t provide feedback to that. But we just moved nearby and so we use the drive thru here frequently and they are fast! The location we used previously was nowhere near as efficient as this location and the staff are great!“
