“I was greeted by a girl named Shefali. I was originally brought to a table that didn't have the greatest view, however after asking Shefali to change tables she was able to move some things around and get to a new table with the best view. The food was absolutely amazing.“

“Came on vacation in July and chose Sparks as our "fancy" dinner restaurant. It was wonderful and the perfect atmosphere with excellent service but the food was the highlight! Amazing! I am still dreaming about my meal 4 months later! I loved the wine and forgot to ask what it was before I left so I called months later and the wait staff happily referred me to the correct wine. 10/10⭐I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!“
“This is the high end restaurant within the casino resort. The ambiance and decor are amazing with a great view of the falls. Our waitress was friendly and there when we needed her.The food was amazing. The artisanal bread basket came out fresh and warm and I really wanted seconds but didn't want to spoil my meal. The onion soup was one of the best and I wish the bowl was bottomless. I ordered the lamb rack and it was cooked to perfection and I stripped every last morsel of meat from the bones. For enhancements we ordered the roasted forest mushrooms, shallots & garlic, and the mac & cheese with aged cheddar, both of which were not enough. We had to get dessert so we got the sample plate which was good. The espresso martini at the end was actually a perfect way to end the meal.“
“Saturday, March 23rd, 2024 we had a small wedding dinner in their private dinning room for our daughter & son-in-law. The manager and assistant manager came to greet us and went over a few things with us before the cake was served. The staff was awesome and the food was delicious! I would recommend this restaurant and when I am back to Niagara Falls, this would be the first place I would go to eat!“
