We were lucky enough to be invited to Crown Prince last night for a fabulous banquet. Most of the reviews focus on the dim sum when Crown Prince is jammed. We came here around 11:30AM on Family Day - our mistake - it seemed to be the busiest time of day, and we weren't seated until around 1:15PM. The waiting process seemed somewhat organized (ask for a number and you'll be slotted in sequence), but the hostess was also helping with the wait staff, so her focus wasn't always at front of house.
