Ensconsed in an inconspicuous location with a very modest interiors, Mulan springs up surprises with their most affordable prices and freshness of food. It is unbelivable that every time I go there, they dish out freshly cooked hot meal. On the front end is all about one-man action but the never-seen around chef is the unsung hero. This is my go-to spot when I get cravings for Chinese food. Seriously recommend just the plain fried rice and chicken wings combo under $10. Chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce never misses. Every time I come back, I try something new and I'm not disappointed.
