I haven't ever reviewed a pho place because all the decent places are exactly that, decent. They don't taste special enough to write about. PHO V on the other hand has clean clear soup. On the smaller portion side by clean good meat, the kind you get from Jtown by the grams. Bean sprout and mint ? they grow in house. And good customer service to top everything off. I would recommend you to at least try once to judge for yourself.
I've spent my almost 2 years in toronto finding the perfect pho.. well here it is !! There wasn't thick layers of oil, the broth tasted really fresh and perfectly seasoned, the meat was SO tender and so good. Spring rolls were delicious, I got the chicken as it was suggested. Thanks so much for making delicious hot food for us during covid

Used to be a regular @ Pho Vistro in downtown. I used to go 3 times a week for the salad pho when I used to work nearby. I was happy when I found that they moved to Avenue (still far but I make an excuse to go there). They seemed to have improved the consistency of food. I'd go every other day if it was close to my place.Tip: it tastes better w sriracha and hoisin sauce
