Here's the deal, cashier took my coupon for a whopper and a poutine, she rang it in as a whopper meal with fries. I called her out on it after my friend ordered with a second same coupon from the same coupon book. She claimed I was incorrect and pulled out both coupons but didn't show them to us. Claimed they were the same code but different coupons... But still didn't show us the coupons.We get back home and look at the coupon book and the only 2 coupons missing were the 2 whopper...read full review

Not the best BK we’ve been to ?☹️ My mom and I waited a century for an order or a box of mozzarella sticks, fries and onion rings. Literally, that was it. There was only one person taking orders at the cash and he was also the only one for the drive through orders, wth?! The manager came to help him cause the poor guy just kept apologizing cause he was so lost doing everything by himself all at the same time. I recently visited this Burger King location and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness is remarkable, thanks to a recent renovation. The staff members are friendly, and the food remains consistently delicious.
