“Was first time there nd wow was I impressed. Sarah was a great waitress with a beautiful smile and great personality that welcomed us at the door and very fast to serve us. The halibut was so fresh and perfectly cooked fries were nice and crispy and the coleslaw was crunchy and fresh. “Food is ok. Tried twice, both were pastas. Wouldn't order again but it wasn't terrible . The Alfredo penne was a bit undercooked and the chicken Annabelle had a lot going on I find the chicken to taste pre cooked and frozen chicken I couldn't eat the chicken unfortunately it definitely was not fresh & both pastas were greasy . Maybe they will get better at it or maybe pasta just isn't their signature food“

“Best Fish & Chips in Oshawa. When ever my family feels like fish & chips Captain Geoge's is our go to.. The halibut fish is perfectly cooked with the right amount of batter absolutely delicious.. “We ordered delivery so I can't speak for the atmosphere.We bought three large orders of: Jerk Chicken Dinner, Oxtail Dinner and Curry Goat to share as a family for dinner. The portions were generous, definitely enough food for three of us. They came with coleslaw, rice and peas and hot sauce. The flavour of the oxtail was delicious. The jerk chicken was very good, much saucier than I'm used to but very flavourful and the meat falls off the bone. The goat was good too. I have absolutely no complaints about it, but in my opinion the oxtail and chicken were the tastiest of these dishes. We will absolutely order from here again.“
