I come here often! My favourite is the wingless wings- they taste so much like chicken wings, it's astounding. The mushroom panini is sooo yummy too! I also love what they stand for and you can tell that whoever created this cafe poured in good intentions to help the animals.
Had the best experience at Grow your Roots. I had an AMAZING soup with the best vegan broth I have ever had, as well as the mushroom panini. Both were amazing and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Can't wait to go back!

Quaint spot with great food. Breakfast is top notch and full of flavour. Often has other treats from other vendors which is nice and makes the journey exciting. Only downside is location, good for Kanata area but could be missing people who live directly in Ottawa.
