I noticed a big improvement over the last while. I really appreciate the polite service in the drive-thru. I was surprised by the kind greeting, please, and thank you. Having worked for mcdonald's decades ago, it great to see a return to the high service standard. While the dining room service needs work, and given other comments maybe double checking orders. It's been an impressive turnaround.
Placed an order last night for 15 happy meals and a few adult meals for pick up today. Went to pick up the order and they had everything organized perfectly! Had it ready on time and even assisted me in bringing the several bags to my vehicle! Staff were SO friendly and kind. An excellent experience, VERY impressed! thank you for making the kids at the daycare a wonderful lunch!
