Great sushi at a fair price. Friendly staff serving fresh sushi. The rolls and nigiri were made very well. They have a great variety of rolls and affordable sushi/rolls/sashimi combos. we ordered the $45 platter which is a $60 value if ordered a la cart.
Located inside the H-Mart, Min Sushi is one of 5 stalls in the food court. Wanted a bite to eat before grocery shopping, the Salmon Kiss and Tuna Love maki rolls hit the spot. At 15.00 per roll, its not bad for the price considering the rolls are massive. Ingredients are pretty fresh but I am disappointed that he salmon kiss filling was a crab mixture and not actual salmon.
