It’s sad how hit or miss this location is. I went in around lunchtime recently, the restaurant wasn’t busy but I still had to wait close to 20 minutes for them to cook the food. My order was not big and it was surprising & disappointing I wasted most of my break waiting. Nothing was said about the delay until I asked how much longer it would take. If I was told I’d be waiting that long when I placed the order, I would have gone elsewhere.

They seem very passionate with their job and very helpful as well, even telling us about the deal on the receipt (get a biscuit and chicken when you fill out the survey and buy a drink)!!
