“Visited this great restaurant while in the greater Toronto area and was extremely pleased. The bone marrow was absolutely delicious! A great mini crème brûlée was available for dessert. The staff were all friendly and courteous. I can highly recommend The Keg Steakhouse.“
“The food was delivered very fast after we selected the items we wanted. The portion sizes of the Dim Sum seemed to be on steroids compared to Dim Sum places in downtown Chinatown. As a result we ended up ordering way too much.as this was our 1st time there. No worries as we enjoyed the leftovers the next day.Quality of the food was also on a higher scale. This place does take reservations but they give you a time limit of 90 minutes so they can get more people in.It's also much more pricier so don't be sticker shocked when the bill arrives.“
“Great value brunch tea set served up inside Richmond Hill's Sheraton Parkway Hotel. Each tea set came with a mimosa, coffee or tea, house salad, selection of pastries, selection of mini cake slices and a main breakfast entree of your choice. All for $30. Everything tasted good. Cake slices could be more appealing. Pastries didn't look appealing, but it actually tasty great as it's crunchy and flaky. Main breakfast entrees were good, tater tots were good but a bit salty due to the added shredded parmesan cheese.Service was average, wait staff does refill coffee and hot water for your tea.Decor is up to date. Washrooms are located outside the restaurant area and behind Starbucks, so it's a bit of a walk. Ambiance is OK, no background music is played, so you can have decent conversations with your table mates. Diningware is clean and spotless.Overall, it's a good dining experience for the money spent.Parking: Free parking lot in front of hotel/restaurant and also free parking garage attached to the hotel/restaurant. Snow clearing is average at best.“
“The plaza this restaurant is located in is a bit rundown. The restaurant itself is brightly lit and seems vibrant enough. On a Monday night before six, the place was already about half full. Only 2 servers but the service was fine and both servers were very friendly. The food was good, portions were good size and pretty good value. I also noticed that they have quite a few set meals to choose from. Good choice for a low-key Cantonese meal.“
“This restaurant is OK for causal family meals just to fill the hungry stomachs. Food quality and taste acceptably good, but meat ingredients usually very little. I guess this is done to balance out the generally cheaper prices, especially those items on the daily special menu. Service is reasonable as well. Restaurant decors are basic but clean. One thing I specially gives bonus star is its policy of tipping at your own well. This restaurant doesn't add compulsory tipping into your bill, and it doesn't suggest a high tipping rates in your transaction either. It also doesn't add tipping on government taxes, which many unethical restaurants do. You can genuinely tip the restaurant according to its service and quality. I really appreciate the good ethics this restaurant is operating nowadays and it desires a praise. In general, if you are not asking for something fancy for your eyes, this restaurant gives you big bang for your bucks. I highly recommend it.“
“Came for dinner. Good quality Cantonese style dishes with some creativity. Good portions. Sweet and sour pork was unique with sliced pear fruit and sweet ginger slices. Really liked the garoupa pinenut fish, good chunks of fillet. Fried Egg yolk shrimp and pumpkin was piping hot. Would come again.“
