This place saved the day for me! I asked for a ready to go cake. I got their 6 inch strawberry meringue torte for $40, their bestseller that apparently feeds 4 to 6. I felt like I could cut 16 slices from it. It was so delicious though I can see it feeding 1 person only. Everyone who ate it LOVED IT and multiple people were still talking about it for days after. I would give this cake 6 stars if I could.
I took my friend out for her birthday lunch. This cafe has been one of our favourite places and we enjoyed the delicious food and the very friendly service. We decided to come back for our Christmas lunch

Sadly we got a really dry chocolate butter cream cake and now I just found out they don’t even make all their own cakes but just order them in. I’ve had the strawberry merengue cake before which was good, this last one was just not good at all.
