VindalooVindaloo is a flavorful curry dish, well known in Goa and Konkan. It is typically made with marinated pork, but it can also be made with chicken, beef, mutton, or paneer. The dish is named after the Portuguese dish, carne de vinha d’alhos, meaning meat marinated in wine vinegar and garlic. Many Indian spices are incorporated into the dish, such as tamarind, cinnamon, cardamom, and hot chilis.
The butter chicken, malai prawns, and butter garlic naan are standout dishes, offering a great taste that's sure to satisfy. I highly recommend opting for dine-in if you want to truly savour the authentic flavors, as the take-out experience falls below the standard compared to the restaurant's in-house dining. Nevertheless, for a delightful meal, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I highly recommend this Indian restaurant, Vindaloo. The food is absolutely amazing. Jhol momo is one of the best meals we had especially the authentic indian taste of its gravy. Adding the very good ambiance of the restaurant and the very good service they provide. A must try! Located in Kingston Rd, Scarborough.
