This is the best A&W to go to in the Niagara region. The staff are courteous, the restaurant is clean, bathrooms are maintained well, the food is hot and the portions are better than other locations. Very much recommend.Kid-friendliness: The staff provided complementary colouring books and stickers for the children while we dined in. Was very kind.
I come here pretty often after a long 12hr shift and the service is a hit or miss depending on time of day I go. I find the night workers to be much more efficient and friendly. Tonight Judy took my order, she was amazing, she made sure everything I asked for was prepared the way I asked for it. I also watched her work while waiting in the drive thru and I gotta say the lady deserves a raise. Thank you Judy.
