No expectations to go there. End up; everyone loves this noodle restaurant in N. St. Catherines. We ordered Beef brisket noodles which the owner recommended. The food quality and quantity were 10 out of 10. The amount is enough for two bowls. Oxtail noodles are also good. The reason I don't give 5 stars on service is that they don't have enough staff for full service and switched to self-service, which might affect the experience. I have been here a few times now and have loved the food and friendly service every time! The C9 beef brisket noodle with subbed-in handmade noodles is my absolute fave - the brisket is a large portion, amazingly tender and tasty, and the bowl is loaded with bok choy, chinese cabbage, a bit of onion, tomato, noodles, and excellent soup! beef noodle soup with tomato and veggies. tomato?? never tried.. weird butstrangely fantastic. it taste awesome.onion pancake eat it as it is or dip(dunk) it in the soup. crispy and chewy
