This is my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I don’t think they’ve ever made me a wrong order or disappointed! They’re always so fast and friendly. The food is always yummy. The coffee is hot and fresh and the donuts are fresh.
I go here pretty much every weekend and more often than not, my order gets messed up. A few weeks ago I ordered a vanilla latte with extra espresso, and I instead received a cup filled to the brim with steamed milk, literally nothing else. And almost every other time I go, I end up leaving with vastly underfilled drinks, or drinks that are made entirely wrong. Staff should take their break in the designated employee area or at the back of the restaurant. They should not sit and occupied the table which are for customers and customers have no idea where to sit. That should be under training binder during 3 months of probation period. Thank you.
