At this location of Tim Hortons it's great for drive through. The line up make look long but please don't under estimate the workers. They all seem to work the drive through window. If your a walk-in patron you will end up standing there for a while before you get asked, "May I help you?" Decided to get a drink while waiting for the bus nearby.Just got an medium ice cap with no straw. Like how am I supposed to drink this. And when asked they said they're out of straws. If you're out of it atleast make the drink in a cup that a person can drink from . How am I supposed to drink this. Or could have told that they're out of straws and I could have changed my order. In the past few years the service at this restaurant has gone way downhill. Tonight it took 15 minutes with just 4 car in front of me to get up to the order speaker and after sitting there unacknowledged for 5 minutes I left. From absolutely no manners to pure ignorance, this place is a nasty, nasty restaurant!
