Worst costumer experience ever! The cashier is not nice, she talks like she's irritated. They don't give gravy and asked for fee if you ask for it. They don't also check the orders properly before giving it. Some orders were lacking. I hope the management could check this. I understand if they are tired, but we are also tired and wanted to enjoy our meal.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience at KFCI recently visited KFC with high hopes for a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Ordered a 4pc for my girlfriend we get home and open and we see this. Would anyone be happy with this? You better off driving a bit more to a better location that respects their costumers
