This place should not open at all. Extremely poor customer service. We were fhere to order at 11:15am. They told me they open at 11:30am but everyone else was already open and on theur schedule their suppose to open at 11. Everytime I come here it's always a bad experience no matter the time or day.
Worker told me they were closed (right as I walked up to the counter) then proceeded to take the order of 2 other customers behind me in the line. His explanation was "they are just getting chicken". ?

Lady in front of me had her order taken, I was right behind her but both ladies working the cash register just left without saying anything...I stood there for 10 minutes until someone else came by, took my order and told me it'll be another 10-15 minutes for a big crunch and poutine...been 20 minutes and I'm still waiting and there are now about 6 customers waiting for their food. This place isn't getting better.
