I was told by many people to try the Persian when I’m in Thunder Bay. I decided to place a delivery order for over a dozen Persians for the officials during the OWG. They arrived on time to our hotel and very fresh. The donuts were an absolute hit!! Larger than I anticipated, but we weren’t complaining. Definitely worth the hype and now many of the officials are planning to place orders to bring home.
Persians are a staple of Thunder Bay. If you're on your way out of the city, pick up a few dozen frozen persians with icing and share them with friends and family in the surrounding areas. I'm sure they'll love them. The staff aren't the friendliest at times, but that still won't stop me from visiting once in a while.

No forced-tipping in the terminal, I respect that. It's gonna be my regular spot. I came to try 'Persian' and ended up having lunch as well. Good portions, good price, very nice coffee.
