The reason I’m not giving Bar Sybanne five stars is that there’s no air conditioning! I had an excellent dinner with plenty of nice vegetarian options and great service, but in this Toronto heatwave it was quite unpleasant with no AC. Warm, humid air was blowing in from the street with the sun and it made me quite uncomfortable! Mary Jane at bar brings the hot happening cocktail cation to start off your fabulous dining experience. She recommends her favs ... I asked her to make my special Hugo from my Amalfi Coast holiday & she nailed it. Of course, the food is delish ... get their Brussels. My new fav Toronto spot.

Amazing experience in this oriental bar/restaurant. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and has a patio. The cocktail menu was quite original and were prepared in a professional way. The food menu was very appealing, I would definitely recommend the dip sampler (Maple eggplant + hummus) and salmon tartar. Hibiscus rice and fried chicken bites will be my next choice. Barmaid and chef were very friendly! I totally recommend this place that is well located!
