Enkang Dumpling 恩康饺子

Their employees don’t speak much English but they’re very kind and sweet. I got the pan fried vegetarian dumplings and they were the perfect amount of crispy and soft. My only issue was the lack of taste with the filling. There was no spice in the filling, just vegetables. It felt a little like I was eating air. Otherwise my experience was pretty good and I would love to come back if they had some more flavouring in the dumplings.

EnKANG restaurant is Inside the Asian food mall (on the west side of Yonge st - across the street from whole foods) on the ground floor of the back of the building. Young Cashier “Jazz” was super patient and she explained the “beef and onion pan fried dumplings” and the “vermicelli duck soup with duck blood and duck liver”.
