The real deal! Been searching for great Mexican and this is it. The quality of the meat is very high. It's cooked perfectly so that the al pastor and suadero are juicy and seared and flavorful, but not dry or rubbery. There's a little fat for flavor but no gristle. And the chilaquiles!!!
