I just ordered Rudy on Uber Eats. I got my order and before I opened the bag I got a call from Ashley telling me on mistake they put sauce on my burgerAbsolutely phenomenal customer service for this girl to go out of her way to call me. Ashley was very kind and gracious and it is extremely appreciated. Thank you Ashley!!!!
The burgers were well-made and yummy as usual, and the poutine was decent too. Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was broken during our visit.It can be a bit hard to find parking if you're driving, but that's true of many spots in that area and downtown in general.
