We went (family of 5) last night for a dinner at Venga Cucina. The ambiance in the restorant is very pleasant, high quality cutlery and flatware. Subtle italian music in the background. The waiter informed us about daily specials, explained dishes and recomended the wine. The chef/owner stopped by, we chatted a bit. The food was amazing and the ambiance was great. The owners were super nice. We were a group of 6 and everything was wonderful. The attention to detail with the food was incredible. A lot of love and care goes into their food and it definitely shows! My husband and I shared the pizza with figs, goat cheese and prosciuotto and a pasta special which were both phenominal. We will definitely be going back!

The salads we had were good. Pinsa was delicious. The place is nice with a patio. We both realized after that we felt disappointed by the service. A couple employees/owner walked past us as we stood at the door. A minute or two later someone greeted us. Then after paying and tipping quite well the sever didn’t say thank you. Seems small stuff but it’s not inexpensive to go for dinner these days and the small stuff matters more…to us.
