Having visited nearly every DQ in KW, I can say with confidence that this is the best DQ in the area. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have daily specials here that other locations don’t have!
This store is the best DQ in the tri cities. I always get the skor cupfection and ONLY this location and one in Guelph actually heat the brownie. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I moved closer to this location!

The place lives up to what others have said. Incredibly clean and the staff are very nice. The full grown man in front of us was being a brat about the amount of ice cream he received and they handled it extremely well.Hats off to this store, definitely a good spot for some ice cream.
