Called in to place an order over the phone and the customer service was excellent and the food was even better! We ordered various sushi: tuna, salmon, unagi, crabmeat and the Matsu Sushi combo. This was hands down the best sushi we've had in a long time and will be our new go-to place!
We ordered Genki for our New Years Eve dinner and it was pretty good. I placed the order through Door Dash and it was one of the only sushi restaurants open at the time. Because of this, it altogether took about an hour and 15 min for the order. This was a little unfortunate because we were so hungry but considering how many orders they were probably managing I understood. What a great addition to sushi restaurants here in Waterloo. The food is wonderful. We ordered the GTA combo and a seaweed salad and it was more than enough for two. We look forward to our next order.
