I love kelseys, but this location is on another level. The service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and the food was top-notch. As far as i’m concerned this is a #1 must visit location in Waterloo for any demographic.
Amazing place! great food great staff I totally recommend going there for wing night though it is very busy wing night is Thursday! It’s half off wings and their chicken bites! But any other day is great with their lunch trios, which is a soup and sandwich and salad, which is decently priced and very good!

Came to kelsey’s last night and was very happy to see that we were being served by khushi yet again. she never fails to make our visits unforgettable. she always ensures we have a great time by telling us her favourites and we enjoyed the fajitas and they were absolutely delicious. me and my husband also enjoyed the passion fruit mule’s. Always provided great service by her and will always come back.
