Came here on a weekend for lunch. Discovered that lunch specials are only available on weekdays so we ordered a la carte. Had two dishes. Servings were large and the food was tasty. The staff were very pleasant. Lots of parking.My wife was very impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom.
The best (americanized) chinese food I have had in Waterloo. I ordered the family of 3 meal with Chicken Balls, General Tso's Chicken and Beef Chopped Suey. It comes with 3 egg rolls, chicken fried rice and fortune cookies. All told it was $50.The thing that immediately stood out was the chicken balls. The chunks of chicken were large and still juicy. First time eating here and I have to say it is the best Chinese food in the region. Very fresh tasting unlike most restaurants of the type. The place is kept very clean and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Not many tables for dine in but cozy. Noticed a very steady stream of take out orders while there. Again, great food.
