Here is why I am rating it 2 stars, before it used to be fast food you would order and get your food quick now they took my money and then telling me there is gonna be a wait. I have no problem with the wait but thats something I would like to know when I am ordering not when you take my money then tell me to go wait on the side, besides that I love A&W!
Always the Best service at this location (Dougall Ave) , gr8 food ...Staff is very polite and cordial ... Prepare as per instructions... Never had any concerns ... Always crisp , tasty and fresh ... Fries are amazing ... Their burgers , dips and desserts particularly the new Kit Kat dessert...

Quite possibly the slowest take out experience in the city. They almost always will tell you to park the car around the side. My "favorite" is when they do this when no one is behind you.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger.
