Bugra Uyghur Cuisine

Highly recommend everyone try this place! It is very difficult and rare to find Uyghur food in this part of North America and the cuisine seems to a wonderfully unique blend of South Asian, Chinese and Turkish flavors (At least that's how I would describe it). This is a great little family-run operation. Nice folks and truly delicious food. My wife and I stopped by (and ate in) for a late dinner. There appears to be enough seating -- at least during COVID -- to accommodate two or three parties, spaced out at tables within the front room. The owner treats you like family and I cannot say enough about the delicious hand-pulled noodles. We had the naan (different than the traditional) and samsa with spicy chicken. So much food and the naan is amazing dipped in the spicy chicken sauce. The decor is plain but the food is not. If you like new cultural food experiences, give it a shot!
